your guitar must be outta tune cuz i saw him last week and he puts
the capo on the 4th fret.... thats how it's supposed to be played.

I'm not going to argue but I will make a clarification.
Just because someone plays a capo live does not mean that
the song was recorded that way.
Some artists lower the key by 1/2 step so it is not too high.
If you don't believe me, play along with the song and tuned standard.
