I know there are two other tabs that are posted and both say capo 3, but the music video shows Josh playing capo 2.

You're smoking crack son. If you run through your scales you will find that he plays in the key of Bb, which when you apply a capo on the 3rd fret and play G you are playing Bb. I play along with the son and have a good ear for music. Trust me I know what I'm talking about.

i'd like to point out that if you look at the guitar very closely you will see that the capo is in fact on the 3rd fret. Many ppl make this mistake when the little ivory markers aren't put on the neck of the guitar. Watch the video alil more closely and you will see. I'm pretty sure that josh turner doesn't mess around too much with half or even full step down tunings so the only way that this song will sound right with the chords that he's playing is by putting the capo on the 3rd fret.
