"Hey Joe" Style Walking Bass Line

For some reason, it took me forever to figure this out. Don't know why, 
because it is really quite simple.  Thought I'd post it though.  It's good
excercise for guitar and bass players, and an essential part of the song.
You're basically walking chromatically from the C note all the way up to 
the E and then playing a little fill, ending on the E note.
