I'm not sure if this is 100%! 
I haven't seen him play this song, so corrections are appreciated. 
The Em7 is the same Em7 shape, but take your 1st finger and silence the A string.
You can play a normal G, but the 6 string bar chord sounds better.

I believe the recording is with the top E string tuned down to D.
