All is played with slide except the last two notes which are played straight with a little distortion.

This covers the whole intro. It's not hard to pick out. The "/3--5-2" (first tab) is not as 
strongly present as the other notes, and those notes may just be played by the bass, but it 
sounds good with them there anyway, especially when playing with only 2 guitars. 
It's not much but it adds alot
