Buckaroo
CD: The Instrumental Hits Of Buck Owens
And His Buckaroos
This song is played in D but the guitars are all tuned down a
half step to Db. I play it in standard tunning
but if you want to play along to the CD you will have to
tune down.

the song is normaly played in drop G tuning. Also normaly in the key of C, the accents are very natural in that tuning, and very difficult in your arrangement.

I don't know what version you are refering to, but the Buckaroo's did this song in the key of C#, tuned down half a step, playing D. I sure there is a lazy way to play this song (probably what you are refering to), but if you want it to sound good, this is the way to play it.
There are a few minor rough spots, but overall, it is very similar to Don Rich's playing. It would be hard to tab anyway!
Great job!!! -tyler1501 | 8/2/2005 |
