He plays Capo 2... how do you transpose?

Irrespective of the capo position, you can play the same chords. Capo position is changed adjusting to the voice register of the singer. By the way, I believe Easton tunes his guitar 1 pitch down, as Eb Bb Gb Db Ab Eb.
