Good Love
By Elliot Randall and The Deadmen
Tabbed By Larry Mofle
10/8/2010

    G C G C
The night we met, your boyfriend beat me up
     G C D
Then I came to and you were driving me home in my own pickup truck
              G
You called me Honey and Poor Thing and Sweetie Pie
    C
You called him a jerk and I can understand why
  G C G C
A woman like you likes to give her lovin' to beat up and broke down fools like me
C G C
Well good love, it don't come easy

Been dating two months since then and things have changed
With those itty bitty little skirts then you flirt with all my friends
When I get drunk and I cause a scene, people watch but they just don't believe
A woman like you likes to her lovin' to beat up and broke down fools like me
Well good love, it don't come easy, come easy

Lead

The night we met, your boyfriend beat me up
Then I came to and you were driving me home in my old turquoise truck
You called me Honey and Poor Thing and Sweetie Pie
You called him a jerk and I can understand why
A woman like you likes to her lovin' to beat up and broke down fools like me
Well good love, it don't come easy

its awesome that someone posted the chords for this song finally. i've been trying to find em for about 6 months and since i have no ear for music its really hard for me to figure it out solo. such a great song and really a great band. i heard em on a san antonio country station and was a fan immediately after hearing this song and dont give up on me. the lyric "then i get drunk and i call the same" i think is supposed to be "then i get drunk and i cause a scene" but i could be wrong. thanks for the post
