If you had read my tab correctly you would have seen where it says CAPO 3.
When you play the A chord form with a capo on 3 it is a C chord. So to say my tab is not in the key of C is completely wrong.
Your version is in the key of C WITHOUT a capo. Mine is in the key of C WITH a capo. Only difference. -Shantel | 10/4/2005 | totally apologize for creating any hostilities there AND for not seeing the Capoed 3- they are most certainly in the same key. Anyway, hope this can be used by those who's voice won't necessarily fit singing that high. Thanks. -tsmitty2005 | 10/4/2005 | But it's not singing high - it's the exact same key. It's also not a matter of hostilities, it's the fact that there does not need to be 7 tabs for every song. It should be in the recorded key and you can tell if there is a capo being used in most songs. Also, ease of playing factors into it. Why tab something in Db when you can capo 1 and play D?

-lmofle | 10/5/2005 | Yea, I had a brain-fart when I posted my comment there that it was for those who can't sing that high- I was still set on the "A" thing. If it were really out of the "A," not the A capoed twice, it would either be extremely high or low so that's what I meant and I correct myself now; this is in the same key, only not capoed. -tsmitty2005 | 10/5/2005 | Sorry, did it again; capoed three times!lol -tsmitty2005 | 10/5/2005 |
