By John D Hale
Tabbed By Larry Mofle

E D A E
There's no moon in sight on this lonely night
E D A E
No stars above to tell me wrong from right
E D A E
No one around to keep me from goin down
E D A D
Just the dark night air and the midnights lonely sound
Chorus:
D A E
And I'm lost feelin down and out
D A B A E
And I'm lost in this world of doubt
Everything around me the sunlight i cant see
And thats why it should its gettin hard to breath
And i need some help but i cant do it by myself
Inside my mind man its like a livin hell
Chorus
Someday i know when I'll find the way to go
And I'll turn around off this long and lonesome road
And each night I pray I'll see a brand new day
And ask the Lord to help me find a way
Chorus

Nicely done, I've seen a video where he's playin in a radio station and they have it capoed off at 2 and play a D, Cadd9, G, and an A with respect to the capo position so its the same thing as what you got here both sound good but I think the capoed off version is easier to play in my opinion -GhostOfLt.Gen.NBForrest | 7/19/2011 | Anytime you see a song in E, you can always capo 2 and play key of D. Same thing for a song in F, you can capo 3 and play key of D... -lmofle | 7/19/2011 |
