I STILL MISS SOMEONE
Johnny Cash

**Note: The other tab was in A. The album version is in C.**

Intro: (C) (C) (C) (F) (G) (C)

At my (C) door the (F) leaves are (G) falling
A (F) cold wild (G) wind has (C) come
Sweethearts stroll (F) by tog(G)ether
And (F) I still (G) miss some(C)one

I (C) go out (F) to a (G) party
Hoping (F) I can (G) have some (C) fun
All I find's a (F) darkened (G) corner
'Cause (F) I still (G) miss some(C)one

Cause I (F) never got (G) over those (C) blue eyes
I (F) see them (G) every(C)where
I (F) miss those (G) arms that (C) held me
When (F) all the (G) love was (C) there

I (C) wonder (F) if she's (G) sorry for
For (F) leaving (G) what we had be(C)gun
There's someone (F) for me (G) somewhere
And (F) I still (G) miss some(C)one

I (F) never got (G) over those (C) blue eyes
I (F) see them (G) every(C)where
I (F) miss those (G) arms that (C) held me
When (F) all the (G) love was (C) there

I (C) wonder (F) if she's (G) sorry for
For (F) leaving (G) what we had be(C)gun
There's someone (F) for me (G) somewhere
And (F) I still (G) miss some(C)one

i might be me.. but i think you have made a mistake.. i think you got the g's an f's backwards... from the version i have in my book, i transposed it from the key of G an that is what it comes out as.. ani played it an it sounds right with them reveresed... but maybe i am wrong..

Not sure which version you're listening to (there are many different versions out there). I'm listening to the version on Best of Johnny Cash and the version on Essential Johnny Cash. Both seem to be played with a capo on the 1st fret using A - D - E (so it's really key of b flat).

I actually prefer playing it with my electric on the 6th fret and really hitting the base notes...
