YOU WIN AGAIN
-H.Williams-
Recorded May 15, 1958, Sun Studio

KEY: Ab / CAPO: 1 / PLAY: G

INTRO:
G-------0-------------------0---
D-0-0-2-------------------0-----
A---------------0-0-----2-------
E---------3---3-----3-----------

VERSE:
G C
The news is out all over town
C G D
That you've been seen out runnin' 'round
D G C
I know that I should leave but then
C G D G
I just can't go you win again

REFRAIN:
G C G
This heart of mine could never see
G D
What everybody knew but me
D G C
Just trusting you was my great sin
C G D G
What can I do you win again

BREAK:
G-----0-----------------0----
D-0-2---0-------------0------
A-----------2---0---2--------
E-------------3---3----------

VERSE:
I'm sorry for your victim now
Cause soon his head like mine will bow
He'll give his heart but all in vain
And someday say you win again

REFRAIN:
You have no heart you have no shame
You take true love and give the blame
I guess that I should not complain
I love you still you win again

a capo is like a clamp for your guitar that goes on different frets. you "clamp" it over all the strings, in this case, "Capo 2" means put the capo over all the strings on the 2nd fret. then play the chords as you normally would, except they are gonna be farther up on the neck. it makes it easier to play harder songs

This is Hank Williams Sr. Never heard Johnny Cash sing it, though he may have

This is a Hank Williams Sr. song and he wrote it too. Johnny Cash recorded it for Sun Records around 1958. It was released as a single a few years later, after he left Sun records for Columbia records. Sun records continued to release songs Cash had recorded for them years after he left. Just a little FYI!
