Josh Thompson “Won’t Be Lonely Long”
From the album: Way Out Here tab by: Matt Hatfield
This is my first tab, so I hope it’s ok.

                 G
When the lonely set in/
       D
I fought back the tears/
             Em
I don’t love you anymore/
            C
Is so hard to hear/
(same pattern for the rest of this verse and all of the second verse)
Prechorus:
              A
How lucky am I/
                 A
That you said goodbye/
                D
At 7 o’clock on a Friday night/

Chorus:
                    C
I won’t be lonely long/
                           G
By the time that first beer’s gone/
                                  D D
I’ll be floatin’ on a neon cloud, with my friends around/
                  C
We’ll be raisin up our glasses and singin’ out loud/
                  C
To those done me wrong, drinkin’ songs/
              G C
Yeah ladies tonight it’s on/
            G D C
No I won’t be lonely long/

2nd verse is the same chords as the first

Chorus again

Bridge:
            D
There ain’t an empty space in this parkin’ lot/
                             D
Look at all the friends I got/

Repeat chorus

Enjoy everybody. Great song.

Yeah, don't be a lazy a$$ on your FIRST tab. Do the whole song or don't do it at all.

...and it goes to G for "raisin' our glasses and singin out loud" not C like you have it. (in the little part of this song that you tabbed)
