Keith Urban - Nobody Drinks Alone

      ***Capo 2nd fret***

Badd11/A = x04440 (from the "A" chord slide up 2 frets)
E/C# = x42100 (see bottom notes)

Intro - A - Badd11/A = 2x's

(verse 1)
A Badd11/A A
You brought that bottle home in a paper sack,
            Badd11/A A - Badd11/A - A
You drew the blinds and locked the door,
                      Badd11/A A
And there's nothin but empty there inside that glass,
      Badd11/A A
SO you pour a little more,

(pre chorus)
           F#m E/C# A
and there's no one there to judge you,
             F#m E/C# A - B
least that's what you tell yourself,

(chorus)
          C#m - A - E B C#m - A - E
Don't you know, No-body drinks alone,
        B C#m A
Every demon every ghost, from your past,
          E B
and every memory you held back,
               A - Badd11/A - B
Follows you home,
                A - Badd11/A - A - Badd11/A - A
Nobody drinks alone,

(verse 2)
You remember whiskey on your daddy's breath,
So you always stick to wine,
And you scared your little brother half to death,
You just kept it all inside,

(pre-cho)
You can hear your momma cryin,
Only now she cries for you,

(chorus)
          C#m - A - E B C#m - A - E
Don't you know, No-body drinks alone,
        B C#m A
Every demon every ghost, from your past,
          E B
and every memory you held back,
               A - Badd11/A - B
Why hold your own,
                C#m
Nobody drinks alone,

(lead - C#m - A - E - B = 2x's)

(bridge)
D A - D
Though your lonely,
                            A
Hey don't let that feelin fool ya

(chorus)
 B C#m - A - E B C#m - A - E
Don't you know, No-body drinks alone,
        B C#m A
Every demon every ghost, from your past,
          E B
and every memory you held back,
               A - Badd11/A - B
Follows you home,
                A - Badd11/A
Nobody drinks alone,
A Badd11/A A - Badd11/A - A
  No--body drinks alone,

Outro - A - Badd11/A

--------------------------------------------

***Again to make the "Badd11/A"
when you're playing the "A" chord
just slide it up 2 frets to the "B"
position....*** Also in the "pre-cho"
you can play either the "E/C#
OR the C#m (x46654) which ever is
easier for you, but the
"E/C#" is the correct chord.

If you listen very closely at the beginning, he's starting out with an Asus2 and hammering on to an A, then when he slides back to the A, he pulls off to the Asus2, then repeats each time.
