I like to Capo at the 3rd fret. It sounds more like the mandolin or whatever carries the song. With it at the 3rd fret, try these chords for the verse to see what I mean.

Maybe I'll tab it out like that. Playing the 3rd fret on the B and high E string really give it a good sound.
