I cant figure out some them chords, like Gm/Bb etc, im not lazy just need it spelt out for me :P

Before the slash is the chord you play; after is slash is the bass note. The bass note is the lowest note in the chord. So a Dm/Bb is a Dm chord, but instead of the lowest note being D, it is Bb. But if I were you guys, I'd just play the chord and forget about the bass note. It should still sound fine. I'm not saying you guys aren't capable, but let's face it, you couldn't figure how to use the whole freaking internet to look up these chords.
