I checked the lyrics(I'm a huge adam fan, so i have both of his cds!!!), and her lyrics are right.....i actually thought it was "sets his sights while he strums his guitar"......looks like we were both wrong.
NO! Bb is x13331. Bmaj is x24442 your root is on the A string. 1st fret is Bb then B. Bm will have a D note, 1 step down from the Eb(on the 2ed string 3rd fret).
