I saw him play it live a couple weeks ago on CMT and he does
slide up over the pickups as you indicated in the tab.

and put in the measure bars for this tab and
maybe even the time values. it would make it
a whole lot easier to figure out. it looks
like a good tab and the notes look good, im
just havin trouble knowing which part is
quarter notes, what are eighth notes, and
what are sixteenth notes. if you could do
this i would be extremely grateful.
