Found a clip of Brian playing this on youtube. The hammers that he pulls off are 
incredibly hard, so I'm going to just use the basic chords that he plays the song 
with, if you're good enough, you can watch the video and pick up on them but for 
the sake of myself and others who are not quite up to par with that yet, I'm 
going to post a version that is simplified enough and should get you by with 
just playing the rhythm of the song, as always help is graciously appreciated.

Brian plays it with his middle finger lifted off on the D chord and a couple, just straight, 
"C" chords in there, but again this is a simplified version and one that most should be able 
to easily play, and it still sounds good.  So if you really want to know which ones are which, 
just watch the video and you can pick it up.
