My Maria - Brooks & Dunn
May be the version I am listening to,
but it has a drop D tuning and a capo on the 1st fret.
Of course this is not 100% accurate,
but it sounds close and I think it is a pretty easy version to play.
I hope someone can enoy this like I have!
Tuning - D A D G B E

Please no negative comments. I know this is not how he plays it. That is why I said this is how I play it. I think it is an easier and fun way to play and it sounds pretty cool. -ballisticr1 | 10/8/2005 | I can't remember how 3b(5) would be played based on tab rules. Could you describe this? BTW, the tab sounds really cool! I like playing the way you've shown. Great job! :) -WtrSkier30 | 10/8/2005 | Thanks. I am not sure if I wrote that out correctly. What I was implying was that you should bend the 3 up to the 5th fret to hit the G note. You can also just slide up to it, but in the song, I am pretty sure I hear a bend. Thanks again. -ballisticr1 | 10/9/2005 | I also play it in the drop D, it sounds fuller if your doing it as an acoustic vocal with no band. A maj and bar the 5th for G maj are the other cords, I like it better wihout the capo, suits my voice better. Nobody in the audience can tell the differance. -tabsnow | 1/21/2006 | Watch Kirby play this song.
