Dsus sounds better to me then just a D chord. Other than that its great

I think it may be Am7 instead of a C. Tell me I'm crazy.

Definitely an Am7 instead of the C. The tonality is similar but the Am7 sounds right. Also, I think it is a Bm7, not a G to begin the last line of the verses and the little turnaround before the last chorus.

it sounds better to me if you just play a Bm, instead of a Bm7... maybe im hearing it wrong

where it goes to the bm7..its actually a bm then slide down to bf7 to the am7 then D...not dsus and for those who dont capo the verses are......A.....F#m....B7.......E and the walk down change is Dfm ..C7 ..Bm7 ...E with two guitars it really does sound good for one to capo and the other not to....
