Key of E for the harmonica part, just mess with it for a second and you can figure it out. There are some hammer-ons/pull offs on the C#m throughout the song.

Intro: Harmonica over E,C#m,A,B7,E

E
Let's burn it till it's ashes
C#m
Sweep it out the door
A
Cause I don't want it hanginn' out
B7 E
Round you anymore
E
Ain't nobody listenin'
C#m
So why so we care
A
And even if they ever did
B7 E
Didn't need them round here

Chorus:
E B7 E
And that's a cold hard fact
E B7 E
Wont be comin' back
E
Rolled the last credit
C#m
Played the last act
A B7 E
And that's a cold hard fact

What kind of world do we live in

When you can't be forgiven

For the shape that you're in

The good times we prosper

The bad ones we crawl

They talk about the bad times

If they even talk at all

Chorus:

And that's a cold hard fact

They won't cut you slack

Throw you to the lions

When you turn your back

And that's a cold hard fact

Harmonic solo

You got something cookin'

Behind you're eyes

My feelings don't matter

I can see it through your lies

Get it off your chest

And I can get down the road

Nothin's for sale

Or ever been sold

Chorus:

And that's a cold hard fact

Hope your keepin track

Don't try to bluff me

My chips are all stacked

And that's a cold hard fact
F#m A B7 E
It's a cold, a cold hard fact

Outro - F#m,G#m,A5 (x3)....A5,G#m,F#m,E

Feel free to add but I think this is close.

Like you said, this is very close. I think there should be an Asus2 (I think that's the right name) before the C#m though, and also another E before the B7. So if would be E, Asus2, C#m, A, E, B7, E. Otherwise great job!
