This is my first tab, so be easy, 
I'm going to post a recording of it soon, 
it sounds pretty good to me.  
I think there may be some bass notes missing, but not too sure, hope this helps.  Doing this from memory, 
I'll change anything that needs to be corrected, but this is how I play it.

This is played in the intro, the musical break, and at the end.  
When playing at the end play the entire full 
E-Chord nice and slow but fluid, and let it ring out, it sounds great
