CAPO 3
Tabbed by: Emrldeyzs

INTRO: D A G A D A G

VERSE:

D A/C#
It's late in the evening,
G A
She's wondering what clothes to wear
D A/C#
She puts on her make-up
G A
And brushes her long blonde hair
G A D A Bm
And then she asks me, "Do I look alright?"
            G A D A G A
And I say, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."

VERSE 2:

D A/C# G A
We go to a party and everyone turns to see
D A/C# G A
This beautiful lady that's walking around with me
G A D A Bm
And then she asks me, "Do you feel alright?"
           G A D
And I say "Yes, I feel wonderful tonight."

BRIDGE:

G A
I feel wonderful because I see
    D A Bm
The love light in your eyes.
        G A
And the wonder of it all
            G A/C# A D A G A D A G A
Is that you just don't realize how much I love you.

VERSE:

D A/C#
It's time to go home now
G A
And I've got an aching head,
D A/C#
So I give her the car keys
G A
And she helps me to bed.

G A D A Bm
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,
        G A D
I say, "My darling, you were wonderful tonight.
G A D
Oh my darling, you were wonderful tonight."

David Kersh's version is not in G. It's in F therefore capoing it on 3 you can play it in D. Which is pretty simple.

just fyi, if you capo the 3rd and play in D then you are not in Eb, your in F
