to make it less complicated if you cant play the cord take out the note in the bass line
Ex. instead of playing a A/C3 play an A. i think this tab is pretty close let me no of any changes
D A/C#
it should've been diff'rent
Bm D/F#
but it wasn't diff'rent
G D/F#
was the same ol' story
Em7 A
and dear John and so long
D A
It should have fit like a glove
Bm D/A
It should have fit like a ring
G D/F#
like a diamond ring
Em7 A
a token of true love
G
should've all worked out
D
But it didnt
G
she should be here now
A
but she isn't
D A/C#
there's your trouble
Bm
there's your trouble
D/A G D/F# Em7
you keep seeing double with the wrong one
A D A/C#
and you can see i love you
Bm D/A
you can see she doesnt
G D/F# Em7
but you just keep a holding on
A
there's your trouble
repeat same pattern with differnt words for the verses and same chorus

The A/C# should be a D/C# - a standard walkdown from D to Bm...
Also there is a tab extremely similiar to this except for one chord. You should post a comment on the tabbers original tab to get himto change the chord rather than create an entirely new tab.
