Im not a real good tabbber so i hate to criticize, but ive talked to everyone of the truckers and Cooley, who wrote this song, Hood and Isbell and Shauna Tucker all play standard tuning, one full step down.

If you want to play these songs in any efficient manner live, i suggest getting a second guitar tuned town for these.
I'm not saying that I'm right on this, but I THINK - if you stay on stardard E tuning capo 3 the progression should be Am hammering and pulling on the B string for the accents to C to G (havent worked on the bridge)
this sounds right to me but I'm going by memory as I cant find my cd.
one step down no capo the chords are Dm (again accent the high E string with hammers and pulls) to F to C.
