The Intro actually hits a flatted 7th note(D) fifth fret fifth string you will have to use your pinky on this one, every thing else in the tab seems fine

The note is exactly the same the way that I tabbed it....doesn't really matter whether you fret the note or play it open, its still the same note. -axehappy | 9/16/2002 |
gotta back axehappy, a 5th fret on the A is the same as an open D...i mean, you've tuned your guitar by ear before right... -lambdaphi874 | 2/17/2004 |
damn that is a good sounding tab nice work man -jgod | 7/1/2004 |
Pete Anderson What a great guitarist! Thanks for the tab! -kevykev | 1/24/2005 |
5th fret on A is same as open d, but it does make a significant differnce, 5th fretA carries a flatter tone than that of the open d, play the song, listen to the song, you'll see which sounds best -countryguy20m | 2/23/2005 |
While open D string and 5th fret on the A are the same note. The big difference when you play the song is that when played on an open string the note will continue to ring out unless you mute it with your right hand. Where as if you play it fretted when you release the 5th fret to play the B on the same string the D note will end. -NeckSnappa | 3/18/2005 |
Exactly, the only difference is the carrying out of the note. 5th fret A and open D are the same octave so it doesn't make a "significant difference," it only does if you want the sound to carry out. Otherwise, another amazing tab by axehappy. Great job. -Scoozie | 12/27/2005 |
