Thanx for chords. But there are at least 2 passages that do not work:
C C7 F C/B

should have "G" instead of "C/B", I guess.

And "D7" here seems rather a compromise, if you don't mind my comment:

If you think that I don't mean every word I'm saying

At least staying on D7 for so long, until you hit G7 seems somehow awkward.

Thanx anyhow, the song is play-able.
