what is this song from??... i have never heard it. but it sounds cool. -Kracker | 8/25/2003 |
It's originally done by the rock group KISS. Garth recorded it for the KISS Tribute album called "KISS My A**" in the mid-'90's. -hotintheshade | 3/5/2004 |
Interesting trivia about this song. Paul Stanley of KISS wrote it and was going to pitch it to Rod Stewart. Peter Criss wanted to sing it and that's how KISS ended up doing it themselves. When Garth recorded this song, KISS played the music for him. That's why this is the best song on that tribute album. When I first heard Garth's version, I thought it was KISS remaking their own song. I hate playing the chords on this song, but they are right. Like Garth Brooks, I am also I KISS fan and I am very critical of anyone covering their songs. Garth did a great job, and you tabbed it out flawlessly. -tpmadden | 3/10/2009 |
If you go to the rock tabs part of this site and look under KISS, you can find a version of this song with a capo that is a LOT easier and sounds really damn good. Check it out. -tpmadden | 6/18/2009 |
