|----------2-------4--------|------2-----------------------|
|------4-----------4--------|------------------------------|
|--2---------------2--------|------------------2-----------|
|---------------------------|--2-------2-------------------|

              E E/G#(1) A
She's sun and rain, she's fire and ice
         B G#/C C#m
A little crazy but it's nice
         A E/G#(2) B7sus4 B
And when she gets mad, you best leave her alone
              E E/G#(1) A
'Cause she'll rage just like a river
            B G#/C C#m
Then she'll beg you to forgive her
      A B E
She's every woman that I've ever known

             E E/G#(1) A
She's so New York and then L.A.
          B G#/C C#m B
And every town along the way
      A E/G#(2) B7sus4 B
She's every place that I've never been
             E E/G#(1) A
She's making love on rainy nights
        B G#/C C#m B
She's a stroll through Christmas lights
          A B E E B
And she's everyting I want to do again

C#m A A B
It needs no explanation
C#m A
'Cause it all makes perfect sense
E B A E/G#(2)
For when it comes down to temptation
         F#m E/G#(2) A B7sus4 B
She's on both sides of the fence

E E/G#(1) A
B G#/C C#m B
A E/G#(2)
B7sus4 B G#/C

No it needs no explanation
'Cause it all makes perfect sense
When it comes down to temptation
She's on both sides of the fence

|--4---------------2--------|
|----------5----------------|
|------2-------2------------|
|---------------------------|
|---------------------------|
|--2---------------2--------|

         E E/G#(1) A
She's anything but typical
         B G#/C C#m
She's so unpredictable
       A E/G#(2) B7sus4 B
Oh but even at her worst she ain't that bad
         E E/G#(1) A
She's as real as real can be
          B G#/C C#m
And she's every fantasy
           A B C#m B
Lord she's every lover that I've ever had
          A B (E E/G# A B6 B E)
And she's every lover that I've never had

Remarks :
just play the verses anyway you want.
i like to play it without a pick, but garth uses one.

how do you play G#/C?

all a g# is, is an Ab. you can get away with just playing that
but here it is tabed
g#-355433

Hey Im new to playing the guitar and was
wondering if any one could explain the
picking of this song to me if any one has
the time =) thanks

I may be mistaken, but i do believe that the g# tabbed above is actually a g. To make a g# in a barchord, move the same pattern up to the next fret. Ab/G#-466544
