SWEET Thanks alot!!! -bigchas | 6/29/2003 |
When walking down from the D, try this chord progression
D--------D/C#--D/B---D/A--- My wife and I ran into
D/C# - X4X232 D/B - X2X232 D/A - X00232
It's basically a walkdown from D to the next chord -lmofle | 8/4/2003 |
Actually the G/F# is correct and all you do is wrap your thumb around the guitar to get the 2nd fret on the 6th string.(thick one)

Instead of walking down, I like to walk it up. D G/F# G G/A -2- -2- -3- -3- -3- -3- -3- -3- -2- -0- -0- -2- -0- -4- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x-
I find this works well when you pick the D G/F# G G/A and then pluck the other chords so they ring at the same time, finishing with strumming around the Asus4 to give momentum into the chorus.
