Ok to Play this without a capo you will need to tune down each string
so instead of E It will be Eb
                    A Ab
                    D Db
                    G Gb
 	            B Bb
                    E Eb

Then just play like normal.

Intro : G Am C G D/F#( 200230 ) style='font-size:1px;color:#ffffff;'>

G Am
So you sailed away
C G D/F#
Into a grey sky morning
Now I'm here to stay
Love can be so boring

 Am Em
Nothing's quite the same now
 Am Em D/F#
I just say your name now

Chorus
G Am
But it's not so bad
C G D/F#
You're only the best I ever had
G Am
You don't want me back
C G D/F#
You're just the best I ever had

G Am C

(Repeat as intro)
So you stole my world
Now I'm just a phony
Remembering the girl
Leaves me down and lonely

Send it in a letter
Make yourself feel better

Chorus
But it's not so bad
You're only the best I ever had
You don't need me back
You're just the best I ever had

Bridge:
F G
And it may take some time to
C G Am
Patch me up inside
F G
But I can't take it so I
Em Am
Run away and hide
F G
And I may find in time that
C G Am
You were always right
          Em F G
You're always right

(Repeat As Intro)

So you sailed away
Into a grey sky morning
Now I'm here to stay
Love can be so boring

What was it you wanted
Could it be I'm haunted

Chorus
But it's not so bad
You're only the best I ever had
I don't want you back
You're just the best I ever had
The best I ever had
The best I ever

And thats it. Good song to cover.

Thanks for the no capo version! Sounds pretty good. Pat on the back. ;)

where it says "your just the best i ever had" it starts on G then walks down to Em. Other than that sounds great.

This would be a perfect tab if you tune down a half step.
