Where you have the E chord in the 4th line of the verses, try a Dm. That sounds right.

Just a few things after seeing him play this song live in Nov of 2004 in Kingsland, GA...
The C# should be a C#7 x4342x throughout and the intro is an A-C#7-D-Dm-E7 progression. Otherwise this is right on...
