Excelent crd tab -AcousticBluz | 2/15/2004 |
What do you mean by "in the key of C" I am self taught and use stanard tuning and drop d tuning and half step down and thats all I know or understand? You can send straight to my e-mail lakedrdon@btc-bci.com Hope it's not a dumb question? Thanks! -CountryCowboy59 | 8/18/2004 |
Yea man what is key of i self taught too so uh yea could you explain that please gnrfreak@wmconnect.com -g_alayer | 3/27/2005 |
the key of C refers to the key the song is in. It has nothing to do with guitar tuning. For guitar there are MANY different tunings but it's all about the chords you play that decide the key of the song. If the song starts and ends on some kind of C chord, it USUALLY is in the key of C...same with any other chord. -xdrewx | 7/9/2005 |
Great job on this tab. this is one of favorite George Strait songs -texas3483 | 10/23/2008 |
Interestingly enough when George plays this song on the porch in the movie he is playing it in the key of B. However he is clearly playing C and F chord positions, so I have come to the conclusion that his Gibson Dove was tuned down a half a step before the scene was shot. -Lucas | 4/12/2013 |
Hey man I'm a huge George strait fan and its awesome that you do a lot of George strait. But if you wouldn't mind adding the strum pattern in there that would be awesome. Or am I just blind and don't see where the pattern is -jamesdb1989 | 11/3/2014 |
