Great job but you forgot the chords for the final refrain are in a
different key than the previous refrains.

step higher. As a result D becomes E, G becomes A, etc...
You have all of it written out except the final refrain which uses
the same chords as the previous refrains, but a whole step higher.
The tab would be easier to play if the final refrain was written out.
But this is obviously somewhat subjective.
