You gonna stray from the path

You got to go through hell to get heaven

Cash said son you got to walk that line
Right there in black and White
One sides trouble sometimes double
The other leads you to the light
I dont know just how you feel
But i sure do know me
Ive been on both sides and I'll testify
Only one is gonna set you free
Only one is gonna set you free

When George plays this live he usually plays AM and D (instead of the G). Also, instead of your F G AM progression he plays FMA7/E, G7, AM. Also, the progression he plays at the end of the chorus I see is C/G, D, AM and then C/G, D, E. I didn't post it up here because of laziness. You can see these chords used if you youtube search this song from one of his performances -j3hff | 2/20/2017 |
