That's pretty close, but try throwing in an E at the end of the verse and before the chorus. Ex:
D/F# D/F# E
My friends are gonna be there too.
E A D/F# etc..
I'm on a highway to hell.
Also, ACDC does the main lick a little bit differently. Not sure if Hayseed plays it this way or with open chords. Here's ACDC's way:
