These Are The Good Ole Days
(James Otto / Shannon Lawson)

**Note: When you play the verse and chorus chords, make
sure that you mute the strings on occasion. Listen to the
words to figure out when exactly to do so. It's easy!**

F C F
Im wastin half of my life just lookin back
                  C F
Thinkin all of my good times were in the past
                  C G
Aint no joy to be found livin life like that

I couldnt feel the sunshine on my face
Everywhere that Id go Id feel out of place
Finally figured out Id never win that race
Now Im amazed to find

Chorus:
F C
These are the good ole days that weve been livin
F C
No more lookin back all is forgivin
F C G
Aint gonna live my life through no picture frame
G(let ring)
These are the good ole days

Seems like people get lost talkin bout some day
Something better will come and take them away
Never realize til its too late

Its the simple things that make life worthwhile
Like a warm summer day or a laughin child
Or how it makes me feel just to see you smile
Baby you know its true

Chorus

These are the good ole days

I think your missing a chord...the recorded version goes like this F, B, C... walking from the F to the C. Great song though...let me know what you think.

hay budy im not trying to be an ass im just throughing an extra idea out their try Am, and C, and G,if you listen to the song it sounds a little closer

and for a filler were theslides are try holding Am,C, then move down and hold 7 pound 9 slide to 5( on the 3 ed string), then play Am, C, again and move back down hold 5 roll to 7, on the 5th string drop to 4th string and 5th fret play twice then pla 5th string on the 7th fret and drop back to 4th and hold 5 and pound 7, I know this confusing but listen to the songand th pattern comes pretty easy

thanks for the submition though
