Seems the tuning has caused some confusion with this song. 

Every string is tuned down 1/2 a step from a standard dropped-D tuning:
Dropped D = D A D G B E
Down another 1/2 step: Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb  TUNE TO THIS!!
You could play this in standard dropped-D tuning as well, as long as your singer can hit the notes :)
