Good Tab with the capo but Jason doesn't use a capo. He does it A Em F# D and changes the pattern

Actually, Jason plays it A, E, F#m(22244x) D. This chord progression
is right, just transposed with the capo. But pick it out without the
capo with few hammer-ons and a pulloff here and there and you'll pick
out Boland's sound in five minutes maybe, and it to me sounds better.

The tabs is right with the studio album. He does use a capo. His live album he does not use it.
