This is actually very close to the sheet music for this song. Instead of the D-D7 change I just play D-Dsus4-D though. Hey great tab. Dead on as far as I can tell. The only suggestion that I would make is that it should be played with the guitar in Drop D tuning. Not necessary at all, but it sounds better. All the chords would be played the same except for for the G which would be 5x0003 in drop D. Also the D chord would utelize all 6 strings giveing it a fuller sound...hence the better sound.
