Great song...thanks for the tabs... -isoartoo | 4/14/2004 |
Or you can capo 5 and play these chords:
cAPO 3 CAPO 5 A----------G D----------C F#m--------Em E----------D Bm---------Am Esus-------Dsus
Perfect tab though. I love this song. I spent two years in the Middle East and every time I hear this song I remember exactly how I felt whenever I got a letter from home. Things can get pretty lonely when you're that far away from home. And this song describes those feelings to a T. Thanks for tabbing this one Palamin0!

C8825A - thanks so much for your version without the capo. I'm just learning guitar so I'm still struggling with some of the bar chords. Your version sounds excellent! (and its a bit easier) - Thank you again!!
As an aside.. I'd like to thank all of you who contribute to this site. I've discovered some great music here and am really loving my new guitar! You've all enriched my life in ways you don't know! Thanks again!

10 years in the Navy everyone knows that the only thing that keeps you sane in this insane world are those letters from home. I tried singing and playing this song but I just cry. Maybe someday :) -greatwhitethron | 1/3/2005 |
