Keith Urban - Jeans On (solo)

By axehappy - axehappy at countrytabs.com

There's two guitars in the lead solo...
First is the slide guitar, which I've tabbed in Double Dropped-D
tuning, which means you tune both of your E strings to D.
As the low E string isn't used in this solo, you could get away
with just changing the tuning on your high E string.

The second part is a standard tuned electric guitar.

I don't know if this is how Keith would play all of this, but
its the closest I could get without seeing him play!

***************************************************************************

/   =   slide up                                   \   =   slide down

~   =   vibrato                                    x   =   dead note

pbr =   pre-bend & release                         p   =   pulloff

b   =   bend

The reason that sounds like it's got the
high e dropped to a d is because thats a
Dobro in the Dobro D tuning, its not a
guitar ... I dunno if you know that or
not, :-D --Nick

I think it is on a dobro but you should find an easier way without detuning.

I think you have a typo...

the part that is on the g string...

G--3/5--

should be on the b string...

Derek... theres no was to do it with a slide without detuning. If you wanna do it without a slide, move everything on the high d string down 2 frets.
