the chorus isnt right... -saleen9899 | 2/13/2003 | Excellent job! the only grey area is the chorus, you have G D C A Em I think from the G it goes to Am7 but i cannot get the rest. Can you help -blackie | 3/9/2003 | -blackie | 3/9/2003 | i think you did a great job!!! the chours is just fine!! -cockshutt30 | 3/16/2003 | Thanks for all the comments, I've played this back a hundred times and I've come to the conclusion you guys are right about there being an Am7 instead of the C I had in the first line of the chorus. I think everything else is in place though, seagull sorry I disagree with the G in the 4th line being a D, there is a definite change going into the next D in the last line. Thanks for all your suggestions though. :o) -Shantel | 3/25/2003 | in the intro and were else needed instead of C9 slide a regular C down two frets -lightningboy | 4/14/2004 | i jus want to say that every tab i have gotten from this person sounds great.. and i am a beginner. and this helps out alot... i am looking forward to gettin more of this persons work. tc.
-elrik71 | 7/26/2004 | I have one correction to make. The D at the end of both of the verses is right, but a great guitarist like Keith always throws something crazy in there. The end of the verses has a lil twist on the last D. Here they are
first second
Dsus2 = xx0230 No idea = x4545x second's fingering position E - B 5 (pinky) G 4 (bird) D 5 (ring) A 4 (index) E -
-KU_isbestever | 12/4/2004 | the end solo of this song is amazing.... can anyone tab it? -blakebell | 12/11/2004 | does anyone know a strummin pattern for this
-paramedic79ca | 4/12/2005 | First time adding a comment and just wanted to say a couple of things.
First Shantel ROCKS but everyone here knows that, just thought I'd let her know that I feel the same.
And secondly for the begining of the song, if you strum the Em once then open on the high E string, open on the B string and then 5th fret on G string. Adds a little something to the beginning that I like. Let me know if you like it. Thanks again for the great tab Shantel! -RyeminRye | 11/28/2012 | Pretty accurate. Four changes
1. The Em in the intro should be reversed strummed with the second fret A string hammered on, then play the high E open, B open and hammer on first fret on the B string. This becomes the C chord. 2. During the verses, he C chords are played as C9 3. During the verses, the last D chord before the chorus is always played xx0230, followed by a Em/C# (x42000) 4. During the Chorus phrase (Cause we've got better things that we can do) should be played C - Dsus - D, then to the G.
That's all -markeluther | 1/16/2014 |
