proper fingering for the Em7 is 020030 -saleen9899 | 2/21/2003 | 020000 is also correct for an Em7...its just preference which you want to play. To play it the way you just mentioned is only to add a high D note...there is also a D note in the way I showed in the tab, so either will do. :o) -axehappy | 2/21/2003 | yeah you're right, all i'm sayin is you can hear the D#, so for this song the 020030 fingering would be more accurate..anywayz good job with the tab, its a great song :) -saleen9899 | 2/21/2003 | Another great tab! -Shantel | 3/25/2003 | Great Job ax!
-Jonnyboy182 | 6/21/2003 | Great Job! I love this song. -KeithDreamer | 7/12/2004 | Here is the accoustic intro. Trust me on this, I've seen him live in person and on his concert on the big screen, which I actually saw at the theater and on DVD at home. Trust me, this is correct! pre> Em7(022030) Dsus2(xx0230) D -------------|-------------| -----0---0h2-|-2/4\2-0-----| -0h2---2-----|---------2-0-|
Em7 Dsus2 D -------------|-----0-----------| -----0-2/4\2-|-2/4---4\2p0---2-| -0h2---------|-------------2---|/pre> -calamon | 2/16/2006 | i forgot to add that the three strings shown on the intro tab are ADG from low to high. Sorry! -calamon | 2/16/2006 | Thank you so much for this tab. I have yet to find a bad one from you, you are AUSSOME! I tried this w/ the dvd before coming here and I sort of had it but not real good to say the least I guess. Also I luv when people, like you put the real chord names when using a capo. It helps a lot when trying to do it w/o a capo (don't have a capo that's why). Thanks again!! ;) -dolphin303 | 2/19/2006 |
