to make the thing, but the easiest way that I've
found is like this...

This is just a disected form of the barre chord.
To make that chord just bar everything in the
second fret and make the rest of the positions
as shown. I'll assume that you know the X's
mean to not play those strings, except in the
barre chord, then play everything. By the way,
Kudos to whoever tabbed this thing out, great
song and really meaningful lyrics.
