This is not the lester flatt version this is the one from the movie Deliverance
the guitar part for the song dueling banjos it can be played with a capo on 2
but I play it this way..I find it easier and it sounds damned close this way
Banjo repeats everything the guitar does for most of the song

e--------------------------2-------
b--------------------------2-------
g--2-(repeated by banjo)---2-------
d--2-----------------------2-------
a----------------------------------
E----------------------------------

e----------0-5---------------------
b--------2-------------------------
g------2---------------------------
d----2-----------------------------
a--0-------------------------------
E----------------------------------

Then the banjo and guitar trade off like this

e-0-00-2-0-
b-2-22-3-2-
g-2-22-2-2-
d-2-22-0-2-(x4)
a-0-00---0-
E----------

Now the famous part

e------------------- e---------------
b-2-3-5-2-3--2------(x2) b--------2-2----
g----------4--2-4--- g--2-2-4--2-4---
d------------------- d-2-------------
a------------------- a---------------
E------------------- E---------------

then it goes like this

e--------------------------------------------------------
b--------------------------------------------------------
g--------------------------------0-2---------------------
d-----------0-2-0------0-0-0-2-4----4----------0-2-0-----
a-0-0-0-2-4------4(x2)----------------0-0-0-2-4-----4----
E--------------------------------------------------------

e--------------------------------------------------------
b--------------------------------------------------------
g--------------------------------------------------------
d---------------7-9-7------------------------------------
a----7-7-7-9-11------11----------------------------------
E--------------------------------------------------------

Now it starts to speed up a little bit (Banjo Still echoing guitar)

e-0-00-2-0---00-2-0--------
b-2-22-3-2---22-3-2--------
g-2-22-2-2---22-2-2--------
d-2-22-0-2---22-0-2--------
a-0-00---0---00---0--------
E--------------------------

Then this again only faster

e--------------------------
b-2-3-5-2-3--2-------------
g----------4--2-4(x2)------
d--------------------------
a--------------------------
E--------------------------

Then play this(banjo plays this along with guitar)

e--------------------------
b----------2-2-------------
g-----2-2-4-2-4------------
d---2----------------------
a--------------------------
E--------------------------

Now here is where the song goes crazy and gets really fast
Play this while the banjo goes nuts....

e----------------------------------------------------------
b----------------------------------------------------------
g----------------------------------------------------------
d----------------------------------------------------------
a-0-2-4-5-0-5-7-0-5-0-9-4-5-7-2-7-7-0-2-0-2-4-5-0-5-7-0-9-7
E----------------------------------------------------------

e-----------------------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------------------
g--------------(Repeated by banjo)--------------------
d--------------------(0-2-0)---------(0-2-0)----------
a-4-5-7-2-7-7-0-(0-2-4-----4)-0-0-(0-2-4-----4)-0-0---
E------------------------------0-----------------0----

e------------------------------------------------
b------------------------------------------------
g--------(0-2-0)---------------------------------
d--(0-2-4------4)--0-0---------(0-2-0)-----------
a-------------------0---(0-2-4-------4)-0-0------
E----------------------------------------0-------

e------------------------0-00-2-0----------------
b------------------------2-22-3-2----------------
g-------(2-4-2)----------2-22-2-2(x2)------------
d-(2-4-6------6)-2-2-----2-22-0-2----------------
a-----------------2------0-00---0----------------
E------------------------------------------------

then we go back to this even faster

e----------------------------------------------------------
b-2-3-5-2-3-2---------------------2-2----------------------
g----------4-2-4------(x2)--2-2-4--2-4---------------------
d--------------------------2-----------2-2-----------------
a----------------4-7-4-----------------2-2-----------------
E----------------------------------------------------------

then we get back into the thick of things

e-----------------------------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------------------------
g-----------------------------------------------------------
d-----------------------------------------------------------
a--0-4-5-0-5-7-0-5-7-9-4-5-7-2-7-7-0-0-2-4-5-7-8-9-5-7-0----
E-----------------------------------------------------------

e-----------------------------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------------------------
g------------------------(BANJO GOES INSANE HERE)-----------
d-----------------------------------------------------------
a-4-5-7-4-7-2-7-7-0-0-2-4-5---------------------------------
E-----------------------------------------------------------

then it ends all nice like this banjo and guitar together hit this chord

e---0---
b---2---
g---2---
d---2---
a---0---
E-------

AND THATS DUELING BANJOS....note to person this was done by ear i know its not
100% correct but its pretty close it doesn't sound like much without a banjo
