Nice job. A really hard song to tab, but you did a great job. -mystikal1116 | 5/19/2004 |
I think you did a fantastic job! This is the best tab I have seen on it so far, especially how it maps out the entire song. Then again, I probably have to say that because I'm your bass player. Either way I think it's pretty darn accurate. What a meskin! Good job Rog.

Well, I appreciate the feedback from everyone, positive and constructive. This was my first ever tab posting, and I'm proud of it. More so now since I found the actual real tab for it- read on...
Get the July 2004 issue of Guitar World Magazine. It has the complete song tabbed out completely. Their tab wants you to tune down 1/2 step, so all of their fret numberings are one fret higher than mine because I play mine in standard tuning. (when you play it live it doesn't matter if you don't tune down). I used notepad to create my tab, so I left alot of it out, as you have to know the 'feel' of this song and using notepad is a pain to create tabs anyway.
Para todos los que hablan espanol, gracias por su apoyo y sus palabras agradables. Me avente! Me avente!

Hey Man! Nice Job on your tab. It sounds pretty close to me but a hard song to tab. I only have problem with the rhythm but I'll get it. Nice Work. This song will keep my busy for awhile. pEaCe OuT!! -Night_Breeze | 6/29/2004 |

Great song, great tab -BlackFire411VM | 7/22/2004 |
Great job man. On Austin City Limits, this is exactly how Henry plays its. Nice work.-Kyle -Shelton45 | 9/18/2004 |
I think Henry uses a slight mixture of distortion and wah effects. Try playing it with that setting and it sounds pretty close. -Shelton45 | 9/18/2004 |
ya the sound is pretty simple i belive u turn ure tone down with slight dist. sounds pretty good -bobthebuilder | 9/22/2004 |

Hey, joerock, CHILL! Do everyone a favor and please learn how to spell. Your remarks are backfiring on you. Instead of coming across as insults, they're really showing everyone what a complete idiot you are. Thanks for the laughs. Maybe you should put down your guitar every now and then and read a dictionary. A refresher course in 4th grade grammar wouldn't hurt either.
Nowhere did I mention you need a capo for this song, nor did I mention you have to tune down or use an augmented tuning (congratulations on spelling the word 'augmented' correctly, although I believe 'alternative' would be more appropriate). Since you come across as being an expert with tablatures feel free to create your own version and share it with everyone here. Better yet, do what I did. Learn the song on your own, without using anyone else's tabs, write down the tab the way you interpret it, and share it. I mean, since it's "a simple jazz riff with a blues tones", that should pose no problem for you. You are, after all, the tab master and obviously much smarter than everyone else here. So I'm telling you to be a man- put up or shut up. Until you do so keep your comments to your STIPUD, DUM AS* self.
STIPUD DUM AS* -rogman | 12/2/2004 |
Well,Rog.don't wory About Stoopid dum AS* he don't Know what the fuc* he's talking about. I think the tab was excellent.Thanks. -kw1 | 12/24/2004 |
Nice tab Rogman, and don't let ass*holes get to ya. Not to let you guys get a shot at us old guys, but the song structure is not new to us. It is an old time blues/jazz lead in for a lot of songs. Just nicely done with a different struming mixed in. BTW, it's major. -Fess | 1/1/2005 |

Try playing this song in standard E tuning. That would be in f#major. It helps you learn the fret board. Solo the song in E flat blues scale with a touch of the f# major. It makes the song sound happy. Good luck!! My mistake It's Already in F# -qzunie | 1/27/2005 |
