pretty good-but try Amaj7 instead of C#m it gives it a better tone, and when it goes into "She'll not try to buy you with her time..." try D7b9 (4540), Dm7 (46454), D7b9. And for the chorus try A, B, Dm7, Amaj7 repeat and end on Dbm7b5 (12120) instead of Amaj7
