Capo 5

       D A
Well I believe in hope and marriage, forever and I do
     G
But love suffers pain when you try to hard
     G
And tonight we're living proof
       D A
If we fell in love already, we can fall in love again
      G
There is no doubt we can work it out
       G
Find a way to fall back in
        A Em7 G/F# G
Do you remember when I met you, what I whispered in your ear

Chorus:

      D G
Be my temporary angel, I'll be your love for just one day
Em G
Hold me for the moment, let the moment fade away
         D A
When you wake up in the morning your heart tells you to stay
       Em7 G/F# G A D
Be my temporary angel forever, when forever comes our way

We can start this thing all over
Let tomorrow wait it's turn
Forget about the past it will never last
Strike a match and watch it burn
Do you remember when I met you
What I whispered in your ear

Chorus

Em A G
Close the door, and turn the lights down
Em A G D
Let it all come, come down to right now

Chorus 2x

On the last lines of the verses and chorus I changed Em to Em7 because it
makes it easier to walk-up to G.

I play this song w/ a capo on 5. Then play D A G. The Chorus goes something like D G Em G Em A. I would tab it out but i'm not sure how to set it up on here. Just listen for the changes...it's pretty easy to tell. Such a great song.

p.s. on the intro just play D and hammer on the e string.

I second that motion. Go to the fifth with the capo. It makes the intro sound right. Good tab. GREAT SONG.

Y'all are right about the capo on the 5th
fret, so I changed it. It makes the intro
sound a hundred times better.
